Sawdust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 1/2 c. coconut (fresh frozen)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. egg whites (unbeaten)
Preparation
    Crush graham crackers with rolling pin or use blender.
    Mix all together and pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
    Garnish or top with whipped cream.
