1 c. butter
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Bring
ingredients to a boil; pour over popcorn.
Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
