Fish Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 4 oz. cans mushrooms
1 pt. plus 2 oz. tomato juice
1 c. water
2 chicken boullion cubes
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 5 oz. can lobster
2 cups cooked shrimp
1 can crab meat
Preparation

Melt butter.
Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
Stir in tomato juice, water, bouillon cubes and oregano.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add lobster, crab and shrimp.
(Serves 6-8.)
