Best Ever Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanuts (optional)
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Spray one large paper bag with Pam.
Put popcorn in bag.
In bowl, mix margarine, syrup and sugar.
Heat 4 minutes on High in microwave.
Add vanilla and soda; beat with whisk until it turns light and foamy.
Pour over popcorn and shake.
Poke holes in bag with fork and fold top of bag over and close tightly.
Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove and shake.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes again; remove and shake.
Microwave for 30 seconds; remove and shake.
Microwave for 30 seconds; remove and shake.
Bag will be hot!
Pour out onto waxed paper and cool.
