Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 to 1/2 c. margarine
    4 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Prepare a pie shell of crescent rolls.
    Spread with mustard. In a skillet over moderate heat, cook the zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour mixture into the pie shell and bake in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes, or until center is set.
    Cover crust with foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
    Allow to stand for 20 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
