Tomato Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
4 carrots, peeled and grated
2 small green peppers, diced
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
4 large ripe tomatoes
1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Trim and core cabbage; shred.
Combine in a large bowl with carrots, peppers and onion.
Dice 2 tomatoes; add to cabbage. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Blend well.
Pour over cabbage; toss, cover and refrigerate several hours.
Slice 2 tomatoes and put on top.
