Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 chopped onion
    2 slices bread
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 beef bouillon cube in 1 c. boiling water
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    bacon can be added to mixture
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and cut off stems and chop.
    Saute chopped stems and onions in margarine for about 10 minutes.
    In the blender, 2 slices bread, garlic salt and oregano.
    In a bowl, add mushroom mix to bread crumbs.
    Add enough bouillon to moisten mixture.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Fill mushroom caps in baking dish. Top with cheese and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
