Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten

Preparation

Mix together.
Bake in an 8 x 8-inch open casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until slightly brown on top.
