Ingredients

1 can coconut
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Blend coconut with milk and let stand.
Cream butter with sugar.
Add 3 slightly beaten eggs, then add coconut and milk. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
