Deer Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground venison meat
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. drained tomatoes
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Mix meat with salt and pepper and spread out in a 9-inch pie pan.
Cover with tomatoes and sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 20 minutes.
Cut in wedges like pie to serve.
Enough for 2.
