Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
yellow food coloring (optional)
whipped topping (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, lemon juice and food coloring, if desired.
Pour into pastry shell; bake 30 minutes.
Top with meringue and brown or Cool Whip. Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
