Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    1 (12 oz.) bottle catsup
    1/2 (12 oz.) bottle water
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put meat in pan.
    Cover with all ingredients.
    Cover pan with lid and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    Stir sauce halfway through cooking time.
