Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
Preparation

Melt Velveeta and mix with soup and 1 can of water.
Brown hamburger meat.
Warm tortillas in microwave for about 15 seconds. Fill with spoonfuls of meat and grated Cheddar cheese.
Roll up and place in casserole dish.
Pour cheese and soup mixture over enchiladas and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven until heated through and through.
