Stuffed Bell Peppers For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium bell peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. beef Rice-A-Roni, cook as directed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cheese
Preparation

Cut off top of each pepper; remove seeds.
Cook 5 minutes in boiling salted water; drain.
Set aside.
Combine ground beef, rice, 1/4 cup tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.
Stuff peppers with mixture and place in small baking pan.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers and bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour or until meat is done.
