Pie Crust Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine salt and flour in mixing bowl.
    Cut in Crisco with pastry blender until mixture is fairly coarse.
    Sprinkle with water, a tablespoon at a time, tossing with a fork.
    Work dough into a firm ball.
    Roll into desired shape on a lightly floured surface.
    Place in pie plate; fill as desired.
    Bake as needed. Yields double crust for 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
