Quick Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 rounded tsp. shortening (measure then soften)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour or more to make stiff dough
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll out like pie crust.
    Cover with flour.
    Double over half again.
    Press with rolling pin.
    Cover top with flour.
    Start at one end and roll dough into a roll. Slice diagonally from end of roll into thin slices.
    Drop into boiling broth.
    Don't stir; just push apart.
    Boil 5 minutes. Don't cover.
