Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. raw carrots (raw)
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Then add eggs. Mix and add flour.
    Mix, then add carrots and nuts, then mix again.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan; glaze with orange icing.
