Pork Chops Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 c. tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Brown chops in butter until an even light brown.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    Brown onion and pepper in same pan chops were cooked in. Add soup and seasonings. Cook 5 minutes.
    Pour over chops. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve and enjoy.
