Crepes (French Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. double acting baking powder
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Resift with salt, baking powder and powdered sugar.
    Beat 2 eggs.
    Add milk, water and vanilla.
