Lemon-Lime Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. lemon flavor instant pudding
    4 c. cold milk
    1/4 c. fresh lime juice
    fresh mint sprigs (if desired)
Preparation
    Place pudding mix in a large bowl.
    Add milk; beat with an egg beater 1 or 2 minutes, until well blended.
    Stir in lime juice. Pour into chilled glasses.
    Garnish with fresh mint.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 4 1/2 cups.
