Orange Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oranges, peeled
1 apple
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
salad greens
Preparation

Chop up orange and apple into bite-size pieces. Combine all the ingredients, except the salad greens, in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Serve on salad greens.
