Crisp-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Pleasoning
Preparation
    Melt butter and dip chicken pieces into it.
    Roll in crushed cereal, mixed with seasonings.
    Place, skin side up, on shallow baking pan lined with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
    Do not cover or turn.
