Kentucky-Like Chicken Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. tomato Lipton Cup-A Soup mix
2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing powder mix
3 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except butter in plastic bag.
Melt butter.
Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter, then drop chicken (a couple of pieces at a time) in bag and shake until well coated.
Place in shallow baking pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
