Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can jalapeno chilies, split
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Grease bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Alternate layers of chilies and mixed cheeses.
    Begin and end with chilies.
    Mix flour with small amount of milk.
    Beat in eggs; add the rest of the milk and pour over all.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until firm.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Serves 10.
