Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (approximately 40 total) large cap mushrooms
    Progressive seasoned bread crumbs
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. hot water
    vegetable oil
    butter/margarine
Preparation
    Take off stems and dice them up into very small pieces.
    On outside of mushroom cap brush with very light vegetable oil.
    Mix diced stem mixture with seasoned bread crumbs (approximately 1 cup), then add liquid mixture (only enough so it doesn't stick to your fingers; 1 cup hot water with 1 dissolved chicken bouillon cube).
    Stuff mixture into mushroom caps until overflowing and rounding the edges.
    Brush melted butter over the top of the caps or put 1/4 of pat of butter on top of the stuffing in cap.
    Broil in oven until they turn brown, approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
