Tuna Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. water
    pinch of salt
    1 lb. potatoes (4 or 5)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    salt and pepper to taste
    a little milk
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and complete crusts in usual way. Line bottom of pie pan with one crust. Cook and mash potatoes. Saute onions in the butter. Add onions, eggs, tuna, seasoning and milk to the potatoes.
    Mix until light and fluffy. Fill pie shell with mixture.
    Put on top crust.
    Cut air holes. Bake until beautifully browned at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
