Beef Stew - Crock-Pot Or Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    6 carrots
    3 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. celery
    1 medium onion
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
Preparation
    Cut carrots, potatoes and celery into chunks.
    Mix all ingredients and put into crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Take off for the day.
    When you return, supper is ready.
    Or put in pan and cover and put into oven at 325\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
