Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. peach halves
    20 oz. pineapple slices
    1 (14 oz.) jar spiced apple rings
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. curry
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    4 tsp. water
Preparation
    Drain all fruit.
    Reserve 3/4 cup of the pineapple juice.
    In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, cloves and curry.
    Cook 7 to 8 minutes.
    In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water.
    Add to cooked mixture until thickens.
    Pour over fruit and bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 14 servings.
