Deviled Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak (tenderized)
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion
4 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 c. stock (bouillon)
1 tsp. chili powder
1 bell pepper
Preparation

Pound flour, salt, pepper and Accent into steak.
Cut into strips about 2-inch size.
Brown in oil in skillet.
Add chopped onion before meat is done.
Mix catsup, stock, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder.
Pour over meat, stirring to dissolve. Cover tightly and simmer at 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Lay pepper strips on top for 20 minutes.
Add water as needed.
