Low-Fat Teriyaki Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. new potatoes (about 10) or about 5 medium red potatoes
1 Tbsp. margarine, cut into pieces
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
dash of black pepper
dash of red pepper
fresh snipped rosemary (optional)
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Cut new potatoes into quarters or the medium potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
Place the potatoes in a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
Add the margarine, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and black and red pepper; toss to combine.
Cover and cook on High for 12 to 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, stirring twice during the cooking.
Stir again before serving.
Garnish with the rosemary, if desired.
May be served as is or with nonfat sour cream.
