Scripture Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter (Judges 5:25)
2 c. sugar (Jeremiah 6:20)
3 1/2 c. flour (1 Kings 4:22)
1 c. almonds (Genesis 43:11)
2 c. raisins (1 Samuel 20:12)
2 c. figs (Nahum 3:12)
1/2 c. citron (Numbers 11:5)
1 c. water (Deuteronomy 8:7)
sweet spices to taste (Exodus 37:29)
a little salt (Leviticus 2:13)
a large spoonful honey (Proverbs 24:13)
6 eggs (Isaiah 10:14)
2 tsp. baking powder (1 Corinthians 5:6)

Preparation

Slice almonds, citron and figs.
In mixing bowl, follow Solomon's advice for making good boys (Proverbs 23:14).
