Cold Oven Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. favorite flavoring
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream sugar, shortening and butter; beat until creamy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add flour alternately with milk, adding a small amount and beating.
    This is important.
    Add flavoring, beat until creamy.
    Bake in greased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour; increase heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Do not preheat oven.
