Forever Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage head
    1 large white onion
    1 large green pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. Mazola oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Shred or chop cabbage.\tSlice onion and pepper thin.
    Add sugar.
    Bring to a boil the vinegar, oil, celery seed and salt. Pour over cabbage.\tCover and let this sit for 6 hours.
    Mix. Keep forever in refrigerator.
