Crusty Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Add parsley, if desired.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Dip chicken in butter and dredge in bread crumb mixture.
Place chicken in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
