Hot Bricks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. water
1/2 c. (1 stick) buttter (no substitutes)
1 c. sugar
2 nutmegs (cracked into large pieces)
1/2 gal. 100 proof booze (bourbon or rum)
Preparation

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepot; add butter, sugar and nutmegs.
Add booze and bring back up to hot, but do not boil (that would boil booze out).
Serve in warm mugs.
Makes 25 servings.
