Chicken Fingers With A Kick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. Hot Sauce, more or less to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 2 or 3 inch slices and dip into milk beaten with egg. The dip into flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil in a large frying pan. Melt butter a large baking dish, stir in the hot sauce, place browned chicken fingers in the dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
