Fruit Blox - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 1/2 c. cold juice
    1 1/2 c. boiling juice
    2 Tbsp. honey or sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine over cold juice and let stand 1 minute.
    Add hot juice and stir until dissolved.
    Stir in honey and pour into 8-inch pan.
    Chill.
