Three Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a small bowl, with an electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually blend in milk.
    Add remaining cheeses; beat until well blended.
    Serve as a dip with crackers.
