Seven Layer Salad(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 c. lettuce, torn into small pieces
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. imitation bacon bits
    1/4 c. plain yogurt (low-fat)
    artificial sweetener to equal 2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Layer ingredients, except yogurt and sweetener, in a salad bowl.
    Start with lettuce and end with bacon bits.
    Mix yogurt and sweetener.
    Pour over salad.
    Refrigerate.
    Serves 1.
