Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 cup terriyaki sauce
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. catsup
    chicken or pork, cubed
    2 medium green peppers cut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in a glass casserole.
    Blend juice, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and catsup.
    Add meat and green peppers, and mix well.
    Microwave, covered on high for 5 minutes.
    Add pineapple chunks.
    Microwave covered 12 to 15 minutes on medium.
