Butterscotch Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. oleo
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, syrup and oleo in saucepan.
Bring to boil over medium to low heat; stir constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in salt and milk.
Serve over ice cream or cake or pudding.
Yields 2 1/2 cups.
