Teriyaki Beef Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef tenderloin or flank steak
    1/4 c. sherry
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
    Combine sherry, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice in deep bowl.
    Add meat and stir to coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
    Spread meat pieces apart in baking pan. Bake at 475\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
    Great served with steamed rice.
