Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw sugar
    1 c. safflower oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. sifted, unbleached white flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated raw carrots
Preparation
    Blend together sugar, oil and eggs.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add the dry ingredients alternately with the carrots and nuts to the egg mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour the batter into a well-greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until cake is done.
