Mid East Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
    3 green onions with tops, chopped
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Toss green pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and green onions. Combine yogurt, dill, salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture over salad and toss.
    Also good on pita bread.
