Marinated Flank - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    Worchestershire sauce
    olive oil
    water
    rosemary
    thyme
    salt (optional)
    pepper
Preparation
    Place flank in flat pan; pour soy, water, little olive oil and a dash of Worcestershire sauce below top of meat.
    Spread fresh rosemary and thyme on top of meat. Sprinkle salt (may be omitted) and pepper. Marinate for 2 to 3 days in refrigerator; turn over daily. Bake as is at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes as desired. Do not overbake. (Do not cover during baking.)
