Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 sticks pure butter, softened
    3 c. sifted sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and oil until smooth, then add eggs one at a time. Add the flour, baking powder and salt that have been sifted together alternately with the sour cream. Add the vanilla. Pour into a well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Bake on 2nd shelf from bottom.
