Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking apples
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 to 3/4 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Peel and core apples.
    Place in a shallow casserole dish. Pour 1 tablespoon of sugar into the hole of each.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and top each hole with 1 tablespoon of butter.
