Green Chile Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 raw jalapenos
1 medium tomato
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 small onion or 1 bunch
1 small can tomato sauce
cilantro to taste (optional)
Preparation

Chop jalapenos, tomato, onion and cilantro.
Mix together and add tomato sauce.
Add garlic and salt; continue mixing.
To thin, dilute with water slowly.
(For hotter, add more jalapenos.) Garnish with tortilla chips.
