Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cold water
    1 egg white
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat water and egg white, then mix well with pecans.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon, them mix with pecans.
    Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
