Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 can onion soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. celery soup
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add salt and pepper to bread crumbs.
    Beat egg and milk.
    Dip chops in liquid and roll in bread crumbs.
    Put 3 tablespoons fat into skillet and brown chops.
    Place chops in baking pan or dish. Add boiling water.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 50 minutes. Take the cover off last 10 minutes baking time.
    These are very tender and delicious.
